The children’s ministry consists of elementary-aged students, K – 6th. Times of meeting are Sunday school and children’s church. The mission of the Ferris Church of Christ is to show children the love of God and to teach them to live out their faith. Dedicated men and women serve in this way. Children will know the books of the Bible and be familiar with historical Biblical records. They will be taught the importance of memorizing scripture and daily prayer. Colossians tells us, “We warn them, and teach them with all the wisdom that God has given us, for we want to present them to God, perfect in their relationship with Christ.”

CHILDREN’S CHURCH (through 6th grade) runs during our worship service on Sunday mornings so children can learn through lessons geared for them. Children learn differently from adults, so we teach the Bible through different means.

SUNDAY SCHOOL begins at 9:30 with fellowship and learning. We offer Bible classes for all ages. This is a time to dig into God’s Word, get reconnected and spiritually refreshed!

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL: We will be having VBS June 22-26 at the Vestaburg Church of Christ. This year’s theme is Discovering God’s Plan 4U = JESUS, and will have a scientific lab feel to it. With a different theme each year, we learn of God’s truth through the Bible. We sing, complete daily lessons, do fun crafts, and much more!

ROCK LAKE CHRISTIAN ASSEMBLY: This can be life-changing for your child. At RLCA, he/she will have a blast making new friends, swimming, playing games, making crafts, and most importantly, learning lessons from God’s Word. Your child will worship every day and learn how to grow in a relationship with God.
